Inspirada
Inspirada is a 2,000 acre master planned community that was just in the beginning stages of development when our local real estate market experienced the current downturn. This community featured 10 builders and was being developed by the Focus Group.
Inspirada was being planned as a one of a kind community for Southern Nevada featuring several different types of homes for sale including; seven villages of 200 - 250 acres apiece. Each village will contain at least four mini neighborhoods known as pods, of 20 - 60 acres. Each pod will be built around parks and village squares, reminiscent of a time before World War II.
At the core of Inspirada master plan is a 300 acre Town Center with more then 1 million square feet of commercial, retail and office space. Inspirada will be built with no gated communities and few walls. The feel of the community will be that of openness with trails and bike paths throughout.
With Nevada's current real estate market, Inspirada is one community that still offers many different homes for sale both new and resale. This master planned community is truly unique to our market in Nevada and we hope that when the market returns to previous values, Inspirada will be one of the more desirable places to own real estate in the entire Southern Nevada market.
